(8,032 posts)1. if you are really a mirt member you need to post in the mirt forum
and ask others to tell you how it's supposed to go. In general it's a bad idea to do it by yourself. If you are considering banning someone you post in MIRT to let the other members know and discuss it. Once there is agreement you do it.
