Layout issues with DU4

Good morning!
When I click on DU4, it displays in a long vertical line of text. It's not readable.

which seems to prevent the site's stylesheet -- the document which creates all the page layout information -- from loading. We expect this to be a temporary issue during testing. Usually in most cases a page reload will fix it. If it doesn't work right away, you may have to wait a few minutes I'm afraid.
