If a post is deleted for certain content..

And access to general discussion is disabled, how or when is that block removed?
I had this happen for reasons I'm confused about. But, is this block permanent?

1. You don't get blocked from a forum for having a post removed

But you will get blocked from the thread where you had the post removed — you won’t be able to post in that thread again (unless you appeal and your appeal is approved).

Not only that particular thread, but even to begin a 'new discussion.'
Is that temporary?

5. We do not temporarily block people from entering forums if they have a post removed

Perhaps you were getting a "403" error? If so that is a temporary glitch which usually fixes itself fairly quickly, but it's got nothing to do with post removals. It's hard to know without the details -- but I'm glad to hear that whatever it was, it appears to have resolved itself.
