Related: About this forumIs it productive to keep the I/P conflict in GD anymore?
Were coming up on the 3 month anniversary of the attack and the conversations are getting redundant and unproductive. It looks like the war is going to last several more months and Im wondering if its time to move the conversation off the front page as it were. Nobodys changing their minds by this point
Now that weve moved into campaign season, is it time to move the topic back to its own forum and get *more* focused on topics revolving around promoting Dems here at home?

(106,962 posts)Ironically some of the worst disruptors continued for weeks within GD, but ultimately faced pushback only in IP with their threads locked.
So, yes. I agree. However, it may become overwhelming for that forum alone so it might be wise for admins, GD hosts, and Lithos to communicate on this. Just my thoughts...

(7,122 posts)The war is settling into a slow slog phase (like the Ukraine war) not unlike other previous episodes of the conflict.
A daily churn on this might be better in its own forum? If it leaves GD will that reduce the number of participants in any convo, and not as difficult for the moderator to manage?
