Diazepam obtained by prescription from a doctor. Made a 12 hour flight to Asia worry free.

Ginseng root supplement. I take anywhere from 125-500 mg a day, and am off my blood pressure meds now.

AWFUL feeling) — crashing blood sugar can make a person shake and shiver and feel soooo out-of-control and sure, “panicky”. We can get in this state when eating sugar without also having some protein to keep our sugar levels up —-

around when I hit my 30’s. I was a pot snob when I did smoke, so am sure it’s not an indica vs sativa thing.
Makes me sad. I’d love to get high and feel the way I used to. The anxiety is *really* bad, though.

not being able to smoke pot any more is what makes me sad. Lol!
Both types make me extremely anxious.

what I did when used to have panic attacks. does a co2 oxygen thing and gives one something to focus on besides the attack. not medical advice btw

and think about reality, breathing exercises...in through nose for count of four, hold for count of seven, and slowly out through mouth for a count of eight (all counts approximate). If that doesn't work, my doc prescribed a small dose of xanax.

I'm doing neuro feedback now and my panic attacks are greatly reduced.
