I'm taking public speaking at college and I need to do a persuasive speech. I'm going to do mine about giving to charities that support the mentally ill and I think this bingo card can be used as a visual aid. Thank you.

3. Yep, the blog nails it. It gets worse when you are telling yourself those things.

I used to wake up in the night, 2:00 AM, all those crap bingo phrases endlessly looping through my head.

Knowing I'd never get back to sleep before school or work I'd go running miles and miles and miles. Sometimes I'd show up in class like that without showering or changing, a madman.

It was as if I hurt bad enough physically, it would distract me.

4. I've had MDs say some of those things to me

in fact I can come close to a full sheet bingo just based on crap health care workers at the V.A. have said to me.
