No passing on an heirloom to a relative ...... or gifting..... or whatever else they come up WITHOUT A CHECK!

Been living with that in CA since I started buying/selling guns here. We even have a 10-day waiting period and one new hand gun per month. We can buy/sell as many "Used" hand guns and rifles as we want. Since I buy mostly used hardware, I'm not affected.
