intolerant, vulgar, vicious philosophy seem cute and marketable. Homophobic Cal has made it hard for me to watch Real Time, since Bill sat there and let Calvin Brodis spew venom and ignorance, which has always been the forte of Cal and his crowd, ignorance.

I don't believe it is an accurate representation of his views on the LGBT community. I'm not saying the statement was correct and understand it came across as ignorant and offensive.

Still here is a recent statement by Snoop:

Snoop Lion: There will be an openly gay rap star ‘in the near future’

Snoop Lion, rap-turned-reggae artist, who has been vocal in supporting gay rights, but who has in the past noted the difficulty faced by a gay rap artist wanting to come out, has said that he thinks “in the near future” it will be much easier.

The 41-year-old star who recently asserted that in the rap music industry, being gay may never be “acceptable” in the way it is for singers, has now changed his tune, saying that people are much more accepting

The reggae artist, formerly known as Snoop Dogg, made the comments in an interview with the Guardian, in which he referred back to an interview in August, when he said the world of Hip Hop was ready to accept a gay artist, following Frank Ocean’s recent announcement that he had been in love with a man.

He recently said he had “gay homies”, and has now gone even further to say that “crossing” of cultures, both musical and political, is now the reason that gay rap and hip-hop stars will soon find it easier to come out.....

Snoop also confirmed earlier this month that he supports equal marriage, and said that he has “no issues with nobody....

The man also has said that rap is 'too masculine' for gay people to do well. What he said on Real Time was disgusting, atavistic (that means backwards, Calvin) ignorant and it was celebrated. Brodis has yet to make amends, apology, he has not returned to Real Time to explain his hate speech of the very very worst kind.
Anything for Money, this man has promoted gun violence as solution for many long years, along with the homophobia. Mr Glock has fooled you all. Because you do not see bigotry toward gays as you do other bigotry. It is that simple. Had this man said such shit about a religion or race, no one would be defending him here. You know this. If David Duke was 'anti gun' for a week, would you reason away his racism?

I put this here for that purpose.
We could debate other aspects on the general or other places.

If you need the likes of this bigot to promote any cause, your cause is lost.. Trust me, the man travels with security. He is a hypocrite of the first division. Tout him and you tout his baggage. Excuse him and you excuse his homophobia.
How many times was Snoop arrested for having firearms? 5? 6? How much money did he make rapping about guns and his gun life? Some would say that a person who repents from evils done would not care to retain the ill gotten gain. Snoop gladly counts up and spends the money that comes from his hymns to the Glock and other firearms, to shooting those firearms at other humans. He can talk all day about being 'born again' but he will never, ever see fit to redeem himself by refusing to profit from gun promotional materials. What sort of regret is that, what kind of change has he made, that he still feels good about keeping all that 'put them on their backs' pop pop rap he did?
Calvin just wants to mine a new claim. That's it.
