I知 just waiting to shoot some [expletive] kid: The gun report

Is trespassing a capital offense? No, the German government says, and it wants justice for one of its citizens, who was shot and killed in Montana on Sunday.

Diren Dede, 17, a German exchange student, wandered into the garage of a home in Missoula early Sunday, setting off sensors the homeowner had installed after several recent robberies. Markus Kaarma, 29, and his common-law wife, Janelle Pflager, had placed a baby monitor in the garage and installed motion sensors outside. Frustrated at the lack of success police had in arresting whomever had stolen cellphones and credit cards from their home, the couple intentionally left the garage door open and placed Pflager’s purse there “so they would take it,” according to court papers obtained by The Missoulian. Kaarma approached the garage from outside and fired four times with a shotgun, hitting the teenager in the head and arm, killing him.

And here's the rest of the butcher's bill.

with a gun, and will most likely get a medal from the NRA. These "responsible" gun owners actually believe that they are living the American dream of being rough, tough, Ted Nugent wannabes.

The Gungeon dwellers are swarming this morning on other threads because one of their sock puppet heroes was PPRed for being an obnoxious gunner asswipe. Then again, maybe it's mating season or something...

link:

According to the Gun Violence Archive, 5,889 people have been injured by gun violence in America and 3,521 have been killed since Jan. 1, 2014.

Right-wing NRA apologists and Second Amendment absolutists claim that they are "doing something" about these deaths and injuries by teaching "gun safety." The rest of we Liberal Democrats are demanding gun responsibility and regulation, as there is no such thing as a "safe gun." All guns are lethal weapons because that is what they were designed for: to kill living things.

The excuse given by many gunners is that they use guns only for "recreation." I don't believe that the Founders had fun and games in mind when they mentioned a "well-regulated militia" in the Second Amendment.
