New demographics and changing mindsets are causing Americans to disavow the right-wing gun lobby's influence on gun sales. An overall reduction in the number of new guns entering society, and increased gun control efforts will eventually reverse the NRA's decades long political influence and a gradual reduction of gun violence in this nation.

expressing any love/desire for the dang things, maybe gun sales will continue to decline. That will lead to closing of gun stores, smaller gun shows, etc.
Like cigarette smoking, the key is to keep people from ever starting down the road of gun fancying/addiction.

30 buy fewer and fewer guns. Eventually the numbers will dwindle to the point of insignificance.
