This is a growing trend in gun nuttery along with nullification of federal law. Gun rights groups are passing state laws that preempt local laws. Florida did this and now you can set up a shooting range in your front yard there regardless of the fact that you live in a densely populated urban setting. In Philadelphia the ammosexuals demand to be able to carry guns openly in all city parks regardless of whether they have a permit to carry a gun concealed. Nope, just any good old boy can carry any old gun in parks around children and people walking their dogs or playing frizbe.
What makes gunz so fucking special? They aren't subject to federal consumer products regulations. That means that one of the most popular concealed carry guns, the Keltek, has no mechanical safety so a woman shoots herself in the face while adjusting her bra/holster. In Pennsylvania any gun group can sue any locality over gun laws without showing cause so the NRA located in VA can sue Philly even if they cannot show harm. Can't do that for freedom of religion, consumer complaints or any other situation, only GUNZ. Only gun laws are being nullified by state laws, not any other product. Almost 300 people a day are shot in the United States with GUNZ but they are treated
so special!
