(19,459 posts)Makes me very happy, as she has been under a lot of stress for the last year and a half and I was getting concerned for her health.
She had to take a double load of units her last year of college in order to qualify to sit for the exam because the State changed the requirements (replacing work experience in accounting with increased education, which meant she took the equivalent of two years of school during her last year).
Following graduation, she went to work at a large accounting firm that averages about 60+ hours per week while continuing to also prep for, and take, the exams (there are four separate exams spaced about five weeks apart).
As her dad, I was getting concerned over the level of pressure she has been under over the past year and a half. She is getting married next year, so beginning the groundwork for that added to her "to do" list.
Anyway, not of any significance outside of our family, but it gives me lots of reason to smile today.

Of COURSE it matters outside your family... she's quite an impressive
role model for anyone who might need one.

And who raised her to be this way? This applause is for you too, Dad!
