Cheap Thrills

Anyone here seen it?

I read a review on IMDB that said it was hilarious. I found it to be an interesting though rather grossly done study on morality.

The ending was ironically hilarious. In that I don't think they were going for funny but, the juxtaposition of the innocent, clean baby being held by his bloody mess of a Father just did not photograph well. The look on the Father's face was wrong. You could see he was done with the scene and his real person comes through not the character. I can tell at that moment that they did have fun making the film.

I have seen this happen with other highly violent films. Reservoir Dogs comes to mind. The actors, a glimpse of their face at the wrong moment and you can just see that they are just actors having fun with the scene.
