Just watched this tonight, and I am still shaking. Very intense movie, based on a true story, with great performances all around. Tom Hanks is superb.

I give it my highest recommendation.

3. Riiiiiight???!!!!

We kept putting it off for awhile. Not that I'm against Tom Hanks, I love the guy. But we just didn't have time or something else popped up. But then we watched it....holy cow was it a gut punch.

Not gonna lie, I started crying at the end when the medic was checking him. That guy can act! He brings emotions right to the surface in me. I had to kinda choke it back so I could talk to my wife. Such a good movie.

4. I agree great movie and Hanks can act - BUT - his weakness

is his accent. I am from New England and have spent a lot of time
in Boston.

His accent was ridiculously bad.

People who are not from Boston should never try it. They should ask
the writer to change the script and have them described as "someone
who recently moved here."
