Anyone see Parasite?

Bong Joon Ho's incredible film Parasite was the best film I've seen all year. The blending of genres was exemplary and its commentary on class divisions was clever and pointed. Don't let subtitles inhibit you from seeing this masterpiece, you will be grandly entertained.

She's directed several shorts and is working on a feature in LA. She said it is very well directed.

we had to stop and have a beverage so we could deconstruct the film.

Amazingly the subtitles were not a deterrent.

for the big awards are sinking fast. "1917" is the new darling for the award voters, although "Parasite" has support from tonight's SAG Awards and "1917" doesn't. I doubt the 1% like "Parasite" with it's message that it's okay and even industrious for the 99% to feed off the 1% any way they can. "1917" is a better fit for the 1% because war is money. Must not let subversive films like "Joker" and "Parasite" put ideas into the heads of the 99%.
