Given it's an advertisement for a film by Jon Stewart, it's probably just a typo . . .

The photo has to already be online somewhere (flickr, facebook, wikipedia, etc.), and then you just post the link.

Can't imagine the distributor of a film would insult the most likely audience.
Poorly formatted text. Easily imagine it's just poorly proofread as well.

If they continue doing it knowing it's a slur, then there will be intent.
