this evenings blood sugar reading after several peices of chocolate during the day and 3

slices of bacon along with a 1/2 cup of botched frozen mixed veggies was 100 @ 8: 30 pm, was 100. din was at 1500 (3pm) hours.)
had a nice workout consiting of warmup , leg lifts and other s . isometrics . wii sports . (balance games ) weights (2 lbs . i do 2 reps on all exercises so i can do form properly.) wii bowling 170 .(would love to hit 300.) and marching in place for 20 mins .(leslie sansong walk away the pounds . doing this for years and exercise does help. gym ? i dont need no gym. cant afford it and dont drive.
