IMO the Celtics treatment of Coach Ime Udoka smacks of racism.

Ok, punish him with a stiff fine and appropriate length suspension...but not for the whole effin season after trashing his name all over the media. It was a consensual affair, both involved admit to that. He's not married. She's not married. He just took the team to the NBA finals a scant few months ago.

Protect his and the team's image a bit. Why drag his name through the mud? But it's Boston, the city known for its racism. And then the sports media is all over this, while practically being mum on the story of Bret Farve stealing millions in welfare money.

I don't know. Where's the equity in coverage, or non-coverage?

...there's significantly more to the story that we don't know.
But, based on what we know so far, the penalty seems unduly harsh.
