Atlanta Dream Star Allisha Gray Makes Major Announcement
It's been a frustrating season for the Atlanta Dream in 2024, struggling to a 10-17 record midway through the year and and the outside of the playoff picture looking in. However, star guard Allisha Gray continues to play well and put up solid numbers.
So far this year, Gray is averaging almost 16 points and 4 rebounds per game, second only to Rhyne Howard. On Thursday, Gray made a big announcement as well. declaring that she will be joining the Unrivaled League once the WNBA season is done.
Unrivaled is a 3x3 basketball league that was founded by WNBA stars Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart.
Gray will be joining some familiar faces in the Unrivaled league. Aside from co-founders Collier and Stewart, other players signed to the league are Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese, USWBT members Chelsea Gray, Kelsey Plum, and Jewell Loyd, and 2024 WNBA All-Star Game MVP Arike Ogunbowale.
