Gimme more fructose! Pass the freedom fries!

Free flowing (heated) salt is the problem, I heard one doctor say. Salt should be mined, sea, or pink. Those salts are not heated to make them flow like dry sand, and the liver processes them far easier. Don't blame me, I heard it from a YouTube doctor.

if you make your own meals. It's the prepared foods that do a person in because they use salt as a preservative.

Fortunately I love vegetarian cooking and it doesn't bother me in the least to sit around during the evening, watching tv and prepping for dishes for the next day. That way I avoid eating in the evening and I have my meals ready to go the next day, all cooked and prepped (and very often grown) by me.

Looking at the amount of sodium on prepared food labels is nothing short of astounding.

4. Basically every country above the US is a small (mostly Pacific) island nation

And Pacific Islanders I think have a statistically higher % of people with endomorphic body types than most other races so that's probably why they populate the top of the list.

Interesting though that the only country in the top 20 that is a large, predominately-Caucasian country ... is the USA.

All that processed fast food is making Americans overweight. I got my son eating salads when he was young and he eats salads every night like my husband and I do. He is autistic and not overweight like the rest of the other participants in his day program. We also avoid fast food and when we do take out it’s local restaurants not big corporate chains.

8. Another tale of corporate greed. There is big money in processed, sugary, fatty, salty foods

packed with preservatives, artificial flavorings, artificial coloring.

High carb foods have a strange side effect. The more you eat, the hungrier you are for more.

read entire article ...PLESE...Article Title: "Nearly half of U.S. adults have high blood pressure, CDC says

sentence from article:..........................................................................
."In 1999-2000, 47 percent of all adults in the U.S. met the CDC's criteria for high blood pressure, according to the latest report."

also in article:
The prevalence of high blood pressure seems to increase with age, the CDC found.
