Question about CA purchase receipts

I moved to CA a few months ago and went to a local dispensary and bought my month supply of cannabis and the receipt showed all of the taxes separately. City, state, and excise tax breakdowns of the purchase were on the receipt. I felt that they were listing all of the products, all of the sku numbers and "discounts" and the taxes were being given to the state as a condition of their business license.

So last week, I went in to get my monthly supply and got the receipt and came home and looked closely at it. The products were listed (far below the previous purchase prices) with special discounts etc. Total price was 93.00 with 69.75 as a '"SERVICE FEE" and there is no mention of City, State or excise tax listed anywhere on the receipt.

Is this new? Is this dispensary hiding the real taxes the products should be paying and they are just rounding up so that they can say "taxes are included" in the price. So why it is labeled a SERVICE FEE and not taxes.

I'm been bothered by this since last week and I did some googling that gave me nothing but articles around how the taxes are being spent, but not the actual regulations listing that "receipts must contain the breakdown of taxes being charged"...etc. I want my receipt to show that I purchased this cannabis in a legal manner and all of the taxes have been paid to the state in order to keep it legal and not some mafia coded receipt and that the taxes are not going to the state because they are listed as a service fee and the company is pocketing customers with "service fees" to avoid paying the state.

Talk me down. I'm ready to call the AG in CA and ask about this company's legal standing in the community. I'm in the East Bay Region.
TIA
