They found some THC on a meteorite! You know what this means? The whole galaxy is getting high! Probably.
Marijuana in Space NASA Discovers THC on Meteorite Fragment
If psychoactive elements are found outside of this planets atmosphere, what does it say about the rest of the universe? If these chemical substances, that change brain functions and result in alterations in perception, mood, or consciousness in mammals as well as humans, find their origin in outer space, what role then has cometary impacts played on the human species? Or on life on the planet as whole? This discovery ultimately leaves us with more questions than answersacknowledges the professor.

(32,324 posts)1. I have known a few rocket scientists in my time, and it strikes me that the
THC material in question came from this planet and got transferred onto the meteorite after the meteorite's arrival on Earth.

There are no reputable sources for the story, sorry to tell you.
http://www.hoaxbusters.org/ says it's a hoax and I'm inclined to agree.

(9,666 posts)5. I found a couple of others
but those stories were very similar to the one I posted. Inside that story was this snip:
Traces amounts of Tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV) were also found in a meteorite fragment in 2009 by a research team from the University of Mexico but the findings were dismissed at the time because of the controversial nature of the discovery and a wave of skepticism from the scientific community. Further analysis of the sample could now shed some light on this latest finding, believe experts.
Maybe that's the hoax, but you could be right. It would not be the first time I was "taken in."
