(18,792 posts)What was the extraction method/ what byproducts might still be left behind?
Are any added flavorings potentially carcinogenic when inhaled?
Also, Does the vaporizer have any plastic parts that get heated to the point they might add their fumes to what you inhale?

(68,328 posts)I tell them smoking marijuana may not be as bad for you as smoking tobacco, but you're still inhaling the by-products of combustion; carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, etc.

(3,569 posts)I vape with a PAX2 And a volcano. Neither does oil. I don't do oil unless an oil, dabs person is turning me on. They have the device.
Mine are leaf only and I'm good with that. Grind some herb, put it in the oven and a minute later, PERFECT. The volcano is nice but never leaves the living room. The big bag is not discreet, but you can fill the bag and leave it. Hit it whenever and still good. The taste AMAZING!
The PAX goes anywhere. Set at 1 and cover the light and you can puff at a lot of places you couldn't before. Concerts. Disneyland! Movies. Oil pens are like that too. I've tested them in public and nobody knows if set low. The PAX is like a Mercedes. Perfect engineering. Rechargeable in a magnetic dock. The parts are magnetic. It does weird shit too. Paycheck light show. Plays a song! Awesome product.
The best thing about vaping is it takes less weed.
Both are spend but I've spent that much again on shitty vapes gone kaput. Wish I had bought the Original PAX when I first bought one (2008?). I will by the 3 soon. It does oil. I'll extract my own, no butane.

(991 posts)I use them occasionally.
But in truth, I simply prefer to burn down a J. I like the smell and taste of the smoke.
