When California had it for Medical Marijuana only, you needed to tell he doctor your physical problems and then they would take your photo and give you a medical marijuana card which you use at the dispensary, to buy the Cannabis products, be it edibles, tincture or just jars of lovely Jedi Kush.

3. In Maryland a doctors recommendation

is required to purchase any cannabis. Finding a recommending dr is easier said than done. Not one exists on the eastern shore, nor are there any dispensaries. And since Sessions pulled his Cole Memo stunt drs, at least some, are getting out of the cannabis recommendation business for fear of breaking Federal law.

4. Here in California, Doctors give a recommendation

but its not technically a prescription. But what they will do is say, yes my patient has physical or Metal problems, and give their permission for them to purchase medical Cannabis products. The thing is now, Cannabis is now legal in the State of California, for recreational purposes and a doctor's signature is no longer needed because if you are 21 and older, you can purchase weed.

However, Federally the plant is still illegal, and trying to bring down the entire operation from states that have made it legal would be a major task for the DEA. Under Obama they were told to leave the legal states alone, but of course we know how Jeff Sessions will be when it comes to states that have legalized it. I really hope he is removed from office, as he is the type who will go after dispensaries and their clients and smoking or using Cannabis could be a setback, and a boom for Federal Prisons or The FOR PROFIT prison business.

6. Our government is at the height of Corruption right now

This is the first time in history, we are actually witnessing massive Government corruption, and It may take law enforcement years before they round up those have commited illegal deeds under the Trump Administration.
