Sell me on your fav strain.

I'm putting in an order this week and I want something other than my last order (OG Larry Kush, it has a vicious hint of paranoia beneath the surface.

I'm a fan of Indica or Indica heavy hybrids. So far my fav has been Purple Trainwreck but I hear good things about Jack Herer, a sativa dominent hybrid. I'll prob get some of that too.

But what's your fav strain as of right now?

For the record, I'm here in lovely (place where it's legal), so that's cool.

3. Super Sour Diesel

Ultimate sativa. Super energetic, creative, bright. Tastes great, does the job with one nice hit and has no lingering sleepiness so you can spark back up and get right back to the same place. Great for stress and depression.

The only real downside is the dry mouth. But that’s easily handled.

15. Afghani

Afghan heritage.

I like a lot of Afghan strains. I was a cancer patient, and had to grow my own because there were all kinds of problems trying to get pot back then. The first one I grew was WOS Afghan Kush Ryder. It reminded me of my youth, except where I was in northern New England, we rarely got anything that good.

My personal preference is a high CBD strain that has moderate levels of THC (12%-16%). If you have high CDB and high THC you get wasted, which is fine if that's what you want.

Back in the day, I used to take cheap Mexican pot, remove seeds and stems and any big leaves, and run the rest through a sieve. Then I'd take cheap Lebanese hash, cook it just a little so I could powder it, and mix the two together.
The end result was quite nice.

One problem is that we like to think of ourselves as a constant, but we are actually variables. I make pills, and how my body responds varies a lot from day to day.

9. King Louis OG

I've tried several other strains, but I always come back to King Louis. A vape gets me to sleep quickly (with some very interesting transitional thoughts-to-dreams). To keep from waking up several times a night, I also make cannabutter with it and take half a teaspoon after the evening job.

With both a morning job and a late evening job, I must have two sleep periods, one before each job, and must be able to get to sleep on schedule. King Louis makes that possible like no other strain I've tried. Great stuff!

I couldn’t say. It’s either “really good weed,” “meh,” or “ragweed.” Maybe when I go to my, first ever, dispensary I’ll have a better answer. The strain I have now is the “donthaveanycantfindany” strain. That’s the worst one!!! 😩😫😢😡 My last “toke” was in Daytona Beach, FL on vacation last July. I was “done a kindness.”

22. The batch I have now, strain name unknown, has some weird paranoia with it.

The funny thing is the paranoia is so bizarre that I get a weird thrill from it, knowing it's only the weed.

My brain is broken, I know.

For me, too much THC can sometimes be a bit unpredictable. But that’s just me

I think there’s an ideal blend/type for many people (including me).

But, I have found that in Canada/BC at present, the licensed cannabis growers are able to provide consistent, reliable products. And I think that’s important. Because now, the very best people who grew stuff illegally, are able to produce (with the government’s “blessing”) the very best, strains.

These strains include the high CBD yielding plants, that are revolutionizing so much at present.

So you takes your choice The way it always should have been before prohibition

Canada is not so much “legalizing”, Canada is lifting a prohibition. And IMO, that’s the best way to frame the pro-cannabis argument

(sorry, I’m on my stupid soapbox!)
