Of a good med pot Doctor in central maine. I would want someone who knows spinal stenosis and arthritis.

1. Pot a feux

You just want to get your Pot RX, just pick somebody close.

Then google up strains that are good for pain and inflammation.

My experience was that I had a bunch of troubles (not the least of which was the cost) with getting med pot.

So I wound up growing my own. I grow autoflowers, it's not hard and I find it relaxing and pleasant.

I don't grow in the summer, heat builds up in the tent.

There are a zillion ways to grow pot, but I can tell you how I do it, if you want.

2. Cancer

When I had cancer, I hung out on a pot forum, learned a lot.

As a rule, Docs don't get involved in pot. A lot of them will say it's worth trying, but they will usually avoid getting specific.

I am guessing you were hoping for one stop shopping.

The strains you want will be prob be high in THC and CBD. I'd suggest trying one that has moderate levels of THC (10-15%) and high CBD.

Problem is, you have to try them to see what works for you.

I grow my own, make extracts, and then put that in pills. I've been doing this a while.
