We'll be staying at Harrah's the first 3 days and Tropicana the next.
I'm hoping to buy some edibles. Unfortunately, don't want to risk
taking buds on the plane back home. Any suggestions? TIA!

1. Buy cartridges for a vaporizer.

They don't smell but they are metal so they can't be in a carry-on. I find they are more economical than bud and they hit me harder...more bang for your buck.

Get a deodorant (stick) and put them in there once you push the deodorant up and chop it off half way to create a space. Make it a non clear brand of deoderant and round it off to make it look used.

2. I always carry my vape pen and extra cartridges

in my packpack when I fly. The airlines say not to put vape pens in checked baggage, but carrying it on is ok as long as it's turned off. Never had a problem with cartridges going through security.

I put bud in my checked bag, but not very much. I like the deoderant idea.

Are prices good? In Colorado, an oz of good bud runs $75-$200.

7. I went last fall

I only went to one dispensary, it was within walking distance of Treasure Island, but we drove. Long line, good selection. That was shortly after they started legal sales I think. I was in a hurry so didn't shop around much Gorilla Glue #4 and a bunch of 5 MC gummies. Unfortunately, I didn't want to risk flying with some, so I left some in the hotel.

My suggestion, eat some edibles and go see Love, the Beatles Cirque de Soleil (sp) show.

9. with most states who have legal pot they dont search at airports anymore..

...not for teeny amts. They even untrained the drug sniffing dogs in wash state to sniff pot. I fly with oil cartridges. they are easy to pack. i pack the battery in another case. why not just buy the bud in vegas?

Or California. Or Oregon. Or Washington State. Or Alaska. A general lack of disposable capital prevents me from doing so, however. The closest legal market to me is DC. Thank you Andy Harris! Salute 🖕🏻!!
