I like a 1.7 grams to 1 ounce of coconut oil ratio

I infuse the coconut oil, along with 2 tablespoons of powdered sunflower lecithin, in a Magical Butter Machine.
It surprisingly tastes good.
I make topicals, bake brownies, and take 1 to 2 ml straight which seems just about right.
Helps with sleep...big-time.
