Martin O'Malley raised a really good rebuttal to the naked numbers ...

being used to criticize his "broken Windows" policing policies, on Politics Nation, this morning.

The Rev. Al showed a graphic of Baltimore's population, along with the numbers of arrests ... noting that 1/6th of population had been arrested (during that year).

O'Malley responded that the arrests ACTUALLY reflected a (relatively) small number of "offenders" being arrested over and over again ... and this is something that we know occurs ... and is the danger of drawing conclusions from naked numbers.

Good job!

He always gives the right answers to the questions but when I see him speak, I want to say "relax Martin" because he comes off as a bit rigid. There are a couple of issues where he and I would disagree mostly because I lived in DC when he was Governor but I would campaign and vote for him in a heart beat if he was the nominee.
