Frustrated JFL Employees Speak Out About USVI Government's Planned Use of $39.5M Medicaid Windfall

Employees of the Juan F. Luis Hospital have had enough. The hospital’s infrastructure is crumbling, there’s only one functional operating room, some restrooms are not working, employees have not seen pay raises in years. Their message to Governor Albert Bryan and senators is: kill the bill, allow the money to be used to meet many of the hospital’s needs, or face being voted out next election. Watch.
