Did California hire vote counting experts from Florida?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Counting hand ballots is a two person verification process and it time consuming because so many people now vote by mail.. Better slow and accurate than getting the wrong decision.

They can take all the time in the world. If only the SCOTUS would have been more patient with Florida in 2000.
(Post-election PTSD: Florida 2000, Ohio 2004, and then 2016--I'm really hoping it becomes safe to trust again.)

it is very pro voter.
you can register at the polls
you can vote anywhere in the state no matter where you are registered
you can change party registry on election day
so there are HUGE numbers of provisional votes
But california converts over 90% of provisional votes into actual votes after validating the voter.

it is a virtue which increases access to voting.

but they screwed up in certain counties by reducing the number of polling stations.
Part of the problem is that the 50+% of vote by mail voters...didn't vote by mail so there were more voters in person than expected at those reduced number of voting stations.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
