He gets most tongue-tied when he's trying to speak too fast, in my opinion. There are times he has to be fired up, but if I were one of his coaches, I would encourage him to be slow, strong, and deliberate as much as possible.

Good speech and plans. He'll make a great president. We sorely need a real one now.
