My main question is whether Sanders wants so much to challenge Biden to let supporters leave him that we may lose, the way we ended up in 2016.

No, Biden's supporters are not the people older than 65. There are many young, in the African American communities, in the suburbs.

He keeps pushing for Medicare for All as the only solution to our problems with current health care. As in this case?

Biden know that we can make the ACA better and he should stick to it.

Making sure that "all of our people can go to college or trade school, regardless of their income?" No, the ones who can should pay. Not the "affluenza" kids, not the ones who rape sorority girls and get away with it. And not the ones who want to study something interesting with no chance of making a living. They can start with a 2 year college and then transfer.

I now agree with others who say that there is no reason for tomorrow debate if Sanders' sole purpose is to kill the only chance we have to win, since he cannot get the 1990 delegates.

In poor communities people do not want to go to college and are so poor some can't even finish high school. To tell you the truth, if you were able to graduate from high school and take out student loans for college, for many folks in poor communities you are the affluent.

Biden's average has been going UP since it's down to two people now, Sanders' average has been going down.

It will only be worse after Tuesday, where Biden is leading by 67% to 33%.

No one sees any primary in which Sanders can gain any ground. This thing is over.

But, according to a new telephone poll that the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation published Tuesday morning, many of those voters seem to think that Medicare for All would do things it wouldn’t ― or, more precisely, that it wouldn’t do things it would.

6. Bernie's Purist All Or Nothing Approach to Political Change Is Why He Has Accomplished So Little

He see incremental change like the ACA as a failure. If he wants to push Biden on M4All he's wasting his time. He refuses to accept that M4All won't ever come to fruition in its current form. There are more than a few elected Dems that don't support it including Pelosi. That makes it DOA.

nurse and doctor shortages. ER’s often have to close. People wait beyond a reasonable time to get
basic screening tests, hip replacement is considered elective surgery...

If M4All were to look anything like NHS, we would be in trouble.

Don’t bother to tell me better outcomes. Different population. We have more obesity, more GSW,
are a larger population.

Our Medicare, medicaid, and ACA (but for too high premiums) sooooo much better.

I hope we do get to universal health care, but we need god quality!
