With Gabbard dropping out, 538 has revised candidates' chances of getting to 1991 delegates:

Sanders is now tied with Dropouts, and No One beats Sanders. Biden is still > 99 in 100 (>99%)

They could easily have added a decimal place so that Bernie's chances didn't show up as a big fat goose egg.
