I have a couple of questions...

Is there a "Back to the top" feature I'm not seeing?

And, if our post is REC is there a notification for that?

Also I just clicked on that Powers button to see what would happen and nothing did..

1. At the bottom of the page, to include this one, there is an internal link back to the OP

which acts as a back to the top function.

No need to scroll back up, just click OP title at bottom of thread.

i was looking for it at the bottom of the individual posts like it is in DU3.

I have eye problems and it was easier to do that than scroll up. But this DU4 seems easier for my eyes to navigate. A lot of it will just be practice practice practice for me.

I have some other questions but I'll wait until tomorrow when EarlG is back.

PS.. I like that Only "Preview" First feature.. but I can see why Nobody else does except us.

Back to top: Every reply has a "top" link in the bottom left corner. In addition, once you reach the bottom of the page, the link to the page you are on appears in the footer, so you can just click that to reload and return to the top of the page. It will look something like:

Latest Discussions >> DU4 Bugs and Feedback

... or whatever page you might happen to be on.

Recs: you are notified every time one of your OPs reaches a 25 rec milestone. So you'll be notified at 25 recs, 50 recs, 75, etc.

Powers: there will only be something in this box if you can do something specific to that post. If it is your own post, you'll be able to self-delete, or if it's an OP, you can add or remove it from your Journal. However -- it's kinda broken at the moment and we need to fix this.

Also, if you're a Forum Host or a member of MIRT, additional powers will appear in this area depending on where you are and what you're doing. Currently this part of it seems to be working okay. It's just the other part we need to fix.

What I meant about a REC & Notification was when, with your new feature, a poster on a thread gets a Like or Rec are they notified ?

Also I couldn't get into DU4 from the link you provided.. I had to sign in again. I thought that's something you'd like to know. Well I just tried Again and this time I got in.. So strike that I guess!

And, I didn't see a "Reply" button Directly below the OPs.. it was only at the bottom of the Page. Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions.. I know how busy you are!

7. You won't be notified on every Rec

But you'll be notified every 25 Recs.

There's a big blue Reply button at the bottom of the page, but there should also be a smaller Reply button at the bottom right of the OP, in the same place it is on DU3.
