This is currently in the category of "glitch" rather than "bug" -- it's been reported here:

It's a temporary issue which is cropping up from time to time at the moment, and is not really something to do with DU4 code, more to do with stuff going on at the server level.

It usually clears up if you just hit "Refresh" a few times, or try holding Shift and clicking Refresh for a full page reload. If that doesn't fix it, the issue usually doesn't stick around long and goes away by itself.

For now I'm going to lock this thread since this one was already reported, thanks.
