If they are on break will all the trumpers be unable to file “emergency” appeals while they are gone? So if he gets sent to prison by NY state he won’t have recourse till they get back from break?

like they were going to throw this back to the district court to first decide what crimes merit immunity and which ones do not, to give enough delay until after the election if trump should win to get away with trying to overthrow the government.
