U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and the U.K.’s Foreign Minister David Lammy traveled to Kyiv to show their support for Ukraine. Blinken announced more than $700 million in aid for humanitarian support, removing landmines and repairing Ukraine’s energy grid ahead of winter.
