Pres. Biden joins 'The View' co-hosts, discusses Kamala Harris - ABC News
"I used to drive Barack crazy. Every morning we'd meet at 9 o'clock for eight years and then we'd end the day together and I would say to him, 'Barack, remember, all politics is personal.' Including international. You build relationships. It matters to build trust. It matters, it matters, it matters."
Pres. Biden said that we "have to focus" and "believe in America" to get things done, adding that Kamala Harris believes in the country.
