LIVE: Harris and Zelenskyy deliver joint remarks after 3 pm EST

Zelensky is at the White House to present his "victory plan" on how Ukraine can overcome the nearly three-year war with Russia.
Zelenskyy has met with President Biden first, and will deliver remarks with Harris, then meet with Harris privately, according to the White House.
The meeting comes on the heels of Biden's final address before the U.N. General Assembly and Zelensky's speech, where he warned that Russia was preparing for potential nuclear attacks.
Zelenskyy has also called for the international community to put more pressure on Russian President Vladimir Putin to halt any plans to attack.
President Biden has reaffirmed the U.S. commitment to support Ukraine and on Thursday pledged an estimated $8 billion in aid for the war-torn country.
