How the National Archives protects billions of historical documents - 60 Minutes
The National Archives has been in the news lately, not so much for what is in its collection, but for what was missing. After former President Donald Trump and then-Vice President Biden held on to records when they left office that should have been sent to the Archives… we wanted to know more… about the small federal agency in charge of safeguarding America's past.

The Office of the Federal Register is the "child agency" of the National Archives.
...publishes the Federal Register, Code of Federal Regulations, Public Papers of the Presidents, and United States Statutes at Large, among others. It also examines Electoral College and Constitutional amendment ratification documents for facial legal sufficiency and an authenticating signature.[1]
I could be wrong, but the Federal Register sounds relevant to the electoral certification coming up.
