He describes how Vance couldn't answer a softball question about what makes him smile. As Frum said, Vance is a troubled candidate.

Saying Gov. Walz is over his head or something to that effect. Being governor is actually leading the state. Not hiding like jd and trying to figure out how to screw things up to his liking. Look at what jd has said. It’s how he can further his career. Not how he can help. He has a sponsor that he doesn’t want to lose. That’s jd’s main priority.
