Tom Rogers: Jill Stein blew it for Hillary Clinton, will she do the same for Harris? - Morning Joe - MSNBC

"Unfortunately for Kamala Harris, Jill Stein is back in the 2024 election, having not run in 2020. Why she is back is a good question. She has absolutely no chance of even getting a single electoral vote. However, she has some chance of playing spoiler in a way that would do what she did in 2016 and directly cause Trump to regain the presidency," writes Tom Rogers in a recent Newsweek column. Rogers joins Morning Joe to discuss.

No she won't. Anyone who votes for Stein, West, etc. are actually voting for trump. They are a bunch of losers who are JohnSJ Sep 30 #2

hoping to be spoilers.

They aren't Democrats,, and they sure as hell aren't progressive or liberal.

No actual progressive or liberal would vote for a third party candidate in this election with the very real risk trump poses to our Democracy.

…so she was gonna write in Cornell West.

The post (and probably the poster) was gone before I could even post my objection. Fast work!

I don’t know about Cornell West’s feelings about Putin in particular, but Jill Stein is most assuredly a Friend of Putin, and nobody I would ever trust. She exists to bring down Dem presidential candidates.

I think most sane people know the high stakes involved in this election, especially after what happened with the Supreme Court and the Dobbs decision because of Trump's win in 2016. Stein will probably get a few votes, but not enough to make a difference.

that everyone here, knows her for what she is, an agent of Putin/Russia.......Her sole purpose was to split the votes away from Hillary.
It has been done in several elections I know about......

They’d sack Stein, build a party structure, then start running candidates in places where they could actually get elected.
