3. A question for lawyers and those who play one on the internet

What is the “standing” that Republican jerks and religious zealots have relative to keeping a woman from getting an abortion regardless of the reason? Does not one have to prove harm or loss to self, in other words “standing” when pursuing legislation to prevent something? The aforementioned groups are neither harmed nor suffer loss when a woman or 12 year old homeless rape victim gets an abortion.

Using left handed logic which I’m good at. Because I’m left handed. Could us liberals take legislation to the Supreme Court totally banning Republican jerks and religious zealots accompanied by millions of witnesses ready to prove harm and loss. All witnesses ready to testify right now? As Bell would say, it’s just a thought.

And I’m more sure they just don’t give a damn. Nor will they suffer. Force women to have babies because that’s our religious belief and use horse dewormer to cure Covid because medical experts are wrong and don’t know. But we do because we have conservative values.
