I wonder if it played into the very peculiar and likely unconstitutional presidential immunity decision , as well as Robert’s delaying releasing that decision as long as he could- a delay which improved Trump’s chances to win the 2024 election

4. Excellent point - and it's pretty frightening to learn that the safeguards are gone

That the highest court in the land will ignore the rule of law in favor of a former president who has no respect for the law since he believes that laws do not apply to him. And that those in his previous administration who knew the danger that he posed and chose to safeguard the people and the country are now gone - and that those in any subsequent administration would choose to support the lawbreaker-in-chief over the American people and the country.
