Coming across as being too cognitively impaired (if not too insane) to stand trial on his remaining criminal and civil charges.

Where he would end up in a facility other than jail. But he also said they'd never do it. Is this now Plan B??

If this is an actual thing, Trump won't implement it until after he loses and VP Harris has been inaugurated.

It will be remarkable to see if Trump is tried and convicted and what will happen. I think the remnants of the Republican Party will distance themselves from Trump but not from MAGA.

I'd heard and seen more than enough from and about him during the 2016 campaign, I'd be all for an announcement of the guilty verdict(s) and leave it at that.
