1. Right. He wants it to be like a "concept for a plan"

Considering how many Latinx people voted for Trump, it seems to me we ought to be heckling Trump daily with "Where is your plan for deporting 20 million people?" "How are you going to pay for that? Is Mexico paying for that, right after they pay for your wall?" "Who are you going to get to work on all the farms?" ""How are you planning to staff all the landscaping firms across the country" "Who is going to keep the meat packing plants open?" "When are you going to stop employing undocumented workers on your properties?" "Come on, you said you were going to do this. Where's your plan? Get on with it."

The last thing we should do is fight this. Make Trump OWN HIS WORDS. Make sure every Latinx person hears this loud and clear.

We need to think like an out-of-power opposition party because that is exactly what we are.

2. Well said. He obviously has no "plan," he's just boasting/threatening - as usual - and needs to be held to account.

his HC plan and his infrastructure week and all the other bullshit he promised. We shouldn't fight any of it. We should be heckling him unmercifully.

"Where is that 'beautiful health care plan' that you promised everybody?" You mean, it will not cover pre-existing conditions?" "What do you mean, I can't keep my doctors?" "Wait a minute, doesn't that raise the deficit by half a trillion dollars? Who is going to pay for that? When do the billionaires pay their share?" etc.

We are out of power. We have no responsibility for making anything work now. We need to attack, attack, attack every day. They only want to do a tax cut and nothing else. We have to make them pay a big price for all their lies.

5. It's totally beyond me how Americans have such short memories

It's been infrastructure week/month/year in my small city since President Biden has been president. Roads and bridges that were neglected for far too long are being repaired and made safe. Is that going to stop now? And it scares the hell out of me what is likely to happen to this record economy once TFG is back to making decisions which will no doubt include tax cuts for the wealthiest among us - again.

to continue investments though a second Biden term. So If Trump wants to maintain a solid economy, mostly he just needs to keep those funding streams going.

He won't, though. Trump will be too busy running his own grifts. And the other grifters he brings into his administration will want to divert those big contracts to their own pockets.
