(222,843 posts)But I'd think that any misconduct by a sitting member of Congress would be essential to get on the record. And I did read that the report could still be released if a majority of the House Ethics Committee agreed to - but that would require a yes vote from at least one of the 5 Republicans on the 10-member Committee.

(222,843 posts)I've listened to Liz Cheney's book, have it on disc, and she gives details of all that happened before, during and after January 6th. And because she chose "country over party" - her oath to the Constitution rather than "loyalty" to TFG - he's still attacking and threatening her today.
