4. Let's just hope that, in this case, the bill doesn't pass now that the ACLU has talked to many House members.

The head of the ACLU was on The Reidout and told Jason Johnson they'd been educating the House members on that bill. I can't believe these House members are lawyers and don't even know what the bill's impacts can have if passed into law. That's the scary part. The Democratic caucus will definitely vote it down, but we'll see if they talk with Repubs across the aisle on this one.

And I know from Liz Cheney's book that Republicans often vote against their best interests or against the best interests of the country out of fear - they told her, as in the case of impeachment. That is, of course, if there are any Republicans with conscience left.

6. With Trump FEAR is the point. Woodward made that point many times in the last two days.

With Trump's henchmen, fear & cruelty are the point, particularly with Bannon keeping the base riled up over the "power drama" they need to feel a part of. (Trump leaves the cruelty part up to his extremist promoters like Bannon, Gaetz and Greene these days, now that he's infected his base.)

Look at the Nazi hierarchy to see the different levels of soft and hard force and fear that were used.

7. I did see Bob Woodward today since I posted it here, and you're right, he always mentions TFG using fear

And he also has the nazi/Project 2025 playbook to draw on. TFG may not read, but he's got their methods down and uses them to get his way.

the inner workings of Biden and his national security team. Which will be gone in 62 days.

No worries about Trump carrying out Project 2025 -- the entire Heritage Henchmen team will handle that.
