we're gonna be stuck with patel, a 2-7 or 1-8 court, whatever fed chair, the bitcoin reserve and nearly every other "brainstorm this "dream team" concocts

Not to mention, the FBI Director is historically independent of whoever is currently POTUS, as Chris Wray remained in office throughout President Biden's term. Also, he may be "nominated," but he has yet to be approved.
